Over some time I have really gotten inspired to lose weight and become more healthier. So I put my plan to action and these 3 motivation tips really helped me out alot.
I often feel tied down by a mile long list of to do's on my list and get up to 5 accomplished so here goes,
tip #1. Say NO to negativity. I often get overwhelmed about why something doesn't work, so I let negative thoughts go so I can start new beginnings. I get them out of my system by writing, blogging, so I can put the negative issues aside and move on.
Tip #2 Sometimes it's intimidating to go for BIG major goals, so i created sub-goals which are mini-goals which leads onto big goals. You need to have and objective and be concrete with it.
Tip #3 My focus has been on each tiny pay off, from the goals I have set.If you worry about why it doesn't happen before it happens it can distract you from achieving your goals. I write down all the great changes i've made and look at them everyday to inspire me more by the day to do even better things.
My biggest issue is with my weight. I have never been skinny
EVER in my 22 yrs of golden life. I have always had a nice figure, but I know I need to become healthier as I get older because it's hard to lose/keep the weight off. One day I woke up while in Las Vegas and said "I'm going to do this no matter how hard it is, it will change my life, my confidence and my outook". I started working out daily, I've always done crunches/sit-ups that's why I've maintained a normal waist. I take vitamins daily and drink alot of water. I eat less calories than I used too. I don't think I ever calculated my calorie intake on a daily basis. I know for sure it was more than 2,500, which is a shame. I now eat less than 2,000 calories and I don't have a diet at all. I eat what I want, and I have a pig out day once a week. I replace food with junk that way it doesn't hurt my calorie intake. I was 239lbs and now I am 215lbs. My goal is to get to 180lbs before school starts in the Fall of August. I then want to lose 20 more lbs by october and 10-15 more lbs by December. So for the new year my goal will be accomplished of a total weight loss of 70/80lbs. I want to wear a size 12 or even better a size 10. My current size is an 18, but I am working my way down and I am very proud of myself. If anyone is reading this who have the same issues with me, trust me you can do it! You don't need diet pills or plastic surgery, etc. You need the faith/mindset to believe you can do and accomplish anything.
