"Click your chunky heels..."

This Fall/Winter all i've been wearing is flat boots & chunky boots with a platform heel. I've did recent posts on the Jefferey "Inspired" Lita boot and if they were not an inspired shoe I definitely would still buy them regardless, they give a funky edge to any outfit day/night. I purchased these Floral boots from http://www.gojane.com/ for 30.00, they have a variety of colors and a few prints. I just love a good platform that balance a shoe/boot out. I have a black and baby pink pair also both in suede and these boots are by far comfortable.
Pink suede Platform chunky boots. Also purchased from http://www.gojane.com/
For this look I was attending a Christmas party and wanted to give a fierce tuxedo inspired look.My tie blouse is from http://www.avenue.com/ it's available in Cream and Brown. My pants are thrifted and have a Satin finish.

The boots have lots of room & a cushioned sole. I also ordered the Cognac faux leather boots aswell, I'm waiting on those to arrive. Check out the selection here & happy shopping! Go Jane's Chunky heels collection.

Updated 12/31/11: I received my boots today, I love them, so comfortable, I got a size 11 because of the faux leather, I have wide feet and they fit perfectly.

KA'OIR 'Sade Racquel' by Keyshia Dior...

(packaging)
(Shade: Sade' Racquel)
(I added her card to my board called 'Stardust')

Hi dolls! Well I'm excited to write this blog because I would have never thought that I would be able to try a bold lip. I dare to be DIFFERENT, so I present to you Keyshia Dior's (Entrepreneur, Model) lipstick line called "KA'OIR". I've heard lots of great reviews and decided to give her lipstick a try because I'm looking for something different for a concert coming up at the end of the year. She has 23 shades from every color of the rainbow. Ka'oir Lipsticks! Very affordable, I must say I was very impressed, I received my lipstick in a week from the day I purchased and the packaging was very nice. The lipstick went on so smooth, it was very creamy, I didn't have chapstick or anything on, so that definitely was an A+. I tested it on my hand and left it on for 3 hrs. It was still in tact, I'm very, very impressed. I'm glad I found a lipstick line that offers a variety of colors that do not cake/dry your lips. I left M.A.C. in 2010. I advise any lipstick ♥er to puchase one of her lipsticks, I promise you, you will NOT be disappointed.

R.I.P. Heavy D.

 (May 24, 1967 – November 8, 2011)

I remember watching Heavy D's videos in London on "The Box" in the early 90's. Everyone said he was a really nice guy, nothing but positive memories. It's so sad, but we know he's in Heaven smiling wanting his Legacy to continue...

Combat boots on my feet for this Fall season...

Yes! I found some combat boots btw Combat boots are totally in this Fall that are perfect for my wide feet and wide calves. I went browsing on Torrid, Faith 21 (XXI) and I found some but I previously went on http://www.gojane.com/ and I read some of the reviews, a lot of people who had wide feet/calves purchased this particular boot and gave great reviews. I decided to purchase the Lace up Black combat boot $29.20 , plus I had a 20.00 credit for Go jane so paying $11 bucks for the boots including s/h wasn't bad at all! I received them today and I'm so happy I purchased them! They FIT! I couldn't believe it, great fit, they zipped up all the way up my calves and I love the worn-distressed look they have. I walked around in the house with them on and inside the boots is a houndstooth print that feels like plush. With combat boots you can definitely dress them up or dress them down, you have a variety of ways to strut in your boots and be Fierce & Glam at the same time. For all my wide feet/calves girls out there, step in this season with these combat boots that are affordable and a must have!

When I wear them with the perfect 1st outfit, I will definitely give an update & post pictures :)

Sarah Jessica Parker's "Nyc" fragrance.

Top notes: Italian mandarin, white osmanthus, wild red strawberries; Heart notes: gardenia, honeysuckle, mimosa and red rose damascenia
Base notes: sandalwood, vanilla absolute, rum flavor and creamy musks.

Let me start off by saying, this is my favorite scent by far from Sarah Jessica Parker. I went to Sam's Club to do some grocery shopping and I was browsing at the perfume counter and spotted the print. I didn't even know she had a perfume called "Nyc". That alone sold me along with the print of the bottle. I tested it and it smelled delicious. It gave me a fun, hip, girly smell. The special at Sams was $30.00 for a 2.0 oz, Couldn't beat that! I wore it to school the next day and it lasted throughout the day. I'm happy with my purchase, great price, great fragrance. You can purchase this at your local Sam's Club if you're a member for a much better price, you can also purchase it and www.macys.com, Neiman Marcus, etc.

What I've been obsessed with lately...

It's taken me ancient years to find the perfect lip shade, the perfect lipstick brand and the perfect price. I've finally met my match :) I've been shopping around for awhile for lipsticks that will compliment my skintone and shades that I love and can wear everyday no matter what the occasion. I started out purchasing products from M.A.C. and all the lipsticks eventually dry/crack my lips. I was asking via Twitter and one of my followers told me about Revlon's Super Lustrous line. She also told me the great thing about purchasing cosmetics from drugstores is that you can return them if you are unhappy with the product. I went lipstick shopping at Walgreens and I came across 2 lipsticks that are the BOMB! I mean it, lol. One is a violety pink called "Berry Haute" and the other is called "True Red".
(Left-Soft Nude Middle-Berry Haute Right-True Red)
These lipsticks did not dry out my lips, the pigments were beyond great and the color lasted all day. I purchased 2 for $10.50 because I caught them on a sale, "Buy one get one half off" and I can't wait to purchase more, Revlon has great products, I'm definitely taking a step back with M.A.C. They also carry Matte lipsticks and I purchased one by accident called "Nude Attitude" I hated it! I returned it and got a lipstick in exchange called "Soft Nude". Now I'm on the hunt for a great NUDE lipstick, if any of my readers have any suggestions, please let me know and leave a comment in my comment box, Xo.

Leopard is IN again for the Fall!

I absolutely adore prints! My room is a mixture between Leopard Print and Zebra Print, Hot Pink and Black. Last Fall, Leopard print was very popular even w/h celebrities, this year it's no different. I've done a post about Leopard before check it out here Leopard strikes again! AND  Leopard Print is in this Fall.I was browsing the web one day and I must say all I've been interested in is Wedges. I've purchased all different kinds. I came across these Leopard wedges in my size from http://www.amiclubwear.com/ , I saw them on http://www.gojane.com/ but they didn't have my size :( I had to snatch these up for only $28.00. The Leopard print wedges are a replica to Steve Madden's wedges which retail for $149.99. You guys do the math, what a bargain?!

& I also have them in Hot Pink! These wedges are sooo...comfortable :)

Fall Boot Mania!

I'm definitely preparing for the Fall, come on COLD weather! Lol. I snatched these black suede boots up from www.Makemechic.com, for $38.00. They remind me of the Jefferey Campbell "Lita's" which retail for about $160+. I also have these in Baby Pink (A light pink) suede and they are sooo comfortable. I think I'm going to stud these for a little edge. What are your Fall choices for footwear this year?
Updated: I studded these black suede chunky "Lita" Jefferey Inspired boots for the 'Watch the throne' concert and I was very pleased with them. Here are the views :-)
